At the London Dungeons

What we got up to

Lucy celebrated her 40th birthday in London. We went for a long weekend Saturday to Monday.

We left March Station at around 11am, travelling were:

• Gary, Lucy, Kahra, Joely and Nina
• Helen and Yves
• Anthony and Sally
• Stasia and Margaret

We had booked rooms at the Southgate Travel Lodge, we dumped our bags and left straight away for Madame Tussauds. We then had dinner at the PREZZO Italian restaurant and in the evening went to watch Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theatre.

On Sunday, Lucys birthday, we had a champagne breakfast, and went to see some of the sites, The London Dungeons, and for a trip on The London Eye. For diinner we went to the Bella Italia restaurant in Covent Garden. In the evening Lucy, Margaret and I went for a few drinks in the Pub across the road from the hotel, then ended up in the hotel bar for a couple of night caps.

On Monday we went to the London Aquariam.
