Malthouse Broad

What we got up to:

Had a fairly early start, got the mast down and back under bridge, used the pilot mooring on the other side putting mast back up again.

Called in at Wroxham Broad went sailing but no wind this time. Went swimming got out and lathered up washed hair etc.

Travelled to Malthouse Broad and sailed around the 2nd part that is for sailing boats only, so 1st time I have been around there. Moored up, Kahra went shopping and Glen and I had a couple of pints. Moved to moorings with play area, had BBQ and burnt the wooden mooring. Lady moaned about BBQ in water and inspected bank after we left.

We went on towards Potter Heigham, tried to moor at Thurne Staithe but full up, was getting a little concerned as it was getting dark quickly. Went to Womack water but full up, at Ludham we found a nice mooring on the other side of the island on the left. Moored (in the dark) next to nice couple also in to fishing.
